Warehouse, Kitting and Delivery Coordinator
We at Talentgrid by Charlie are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse, Kitting & Delivery Coordinator for our client in Fjärås, Kungsbacka.
The purpose of this role is to ensure that incoming goods, warehouse operations, material preparation, inventory accuracy, and outgoing deliveries are managed in a structured, safe, and reliable manner.
You will become part of a dedicated team that takes pride in craftsmanship, quality, and continuous improvement.
Our client develops and manufactures mobile and stationary fuel and energy solutions for critical operations within emergency preparedness, defense, and backup power. Their products are used in environments where functionality, quality, and reliability are essential.
Our client production facility is located in Fjärås, Kungsbacka, and this is where we are looking to recruit a new team member.
Main Responsibility
The role is responsible for coordinating and carrying out daily warehouse, kitting and
delivery activities. This includes receiving goods, unloading and loading trucks, placing
materials in the correct warehouse locations, maintaining correct stock quantities in Monitor,
supporting inventory activities, preparing material kits for assembly, packing smaller orders
and booking freight.
The role is also responsible for helping ensure that the physical stock and the information in
Monitor match as accurately as possible.

We are looking for someone who has:
Good understanding of warehouse routines and material handling
Ability to operate a forklift safely and responsibly
High level of accuracy when receiving, storing, counting, picking, kitting, and shipping goods
experience in ERP Monitor
Practical problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to daily challenges
